The Black Sheep Inn & Spa is a charming 6 room B&B located in the town of Hammondsport, NY. The historic property is minutes from Keuka Lake in the heart of the Finger Lakes with access to dozens of wineries and breweries, historic sites, hiking and water-based activities. The Inn is located on over 2 wooded acres with seasonal gardens, manicured lawns.
The spacious historically significant octagonal main house is 6,250 square feet with a welcome reception area, on-site gift shop, several dining areas & a grand parlor. The ground floor houses the expansive kitchen where the owners currently offer a fully vegan menu. The second floor gathering room offers vaulted ceilings and a gorgeous Cupola surrounding four of the guest rooms. This room also serves as an ideal location for guests to play games, watch television, or sip wine. Both floors feature a number of inviting guest sitting areas and a 24-hour coffee/tea station. The second floor offers an on-site spa accommodating two tables for couples massages that offers the opportunity to be expanded with more full-service spa options. The ground floor features the spacious Taylor Suite and Garden Suite, each with a private entrance. All six guest rooms are thoughtfully appointed with private en-suite baths, period antiques, custom bath amenities and comfy mattresses.
